This is a mixture of two shots, one from North Carolina - which actually it was in a rest area from I-77, just north of Charlotte, and the other one from Romania.
Got a joke too!
A guy comes to an auto shop with a badly damaged car, asking the mechanic to fix it. The mechanic takes a look at that pile of junk, and while scratching his head, asks the guy:
- What happened?
- Well, my wife hit a tree, answers the guy.
- How many times?

ReplyDeleteonly just caught up with what's been going on but glad to see some more piccies from you! great colours to this, and nice exposure throughout the scene.. personally I feel the focus would be better slightly more towards the front of the scene, i.e. more on the flowers in the foreground.. still a nice shot tho ;)

This is so wonderful...the color is so alive. I like the way it looks like the breeze is blowing the poppies up front and then the long expanse of flowers and open land right up to the mountains. Outstanding beauty and great postwork!

ReplyDeleteNice, seamless composition, Eddie. Last year Scotland seemed to be awash with poppies. I believe the local authorities were planting them instead of daffodils on roadside / verges.
ReplyDeleteI used to use skies, rendered in TERRAGEN, as backdrops for my VISTAPRO terrains. That was before I discovered the delights of VUE, where I can set up a shot so much more easily.
